Unexpected announcement by Vakha Arsanov

According to a report of France Presse news agency, Vice President of CRI Vakha Arsanov issued a call to Chechen subdivisions to put an end to attacks on pro-Moscow Chechen militia. This call, asserts French agency, Arsanov made in video address, whose cassette with a record was sent to France Presse.

"I ask all fighters of Chechen resistance not to undertake any actions against militia. Many of them went to work, having no other means of survival, except this work. Three invaders killed and six injured
