International ratings agency Fitch reported the gas issue between Ukraine and Russia, which created problems between the two countries, may result in a new crisis for Europe.
Jeffrey Woodruff, a director of the energy group at Fitch said as Ukraine threatens Russia to revise the gas agreements, Europe may be on the edge of a new energy crisis.
Woodruff also said that recently Turkmenistan wanted to increase the price of the gas it exports to Russia or else it will halt pumping gas to Russia.
