Ossetian Mujahideen attack proxies

Publication time: 20 July 2006, 10:52
On Wednesday, July 19, Ossetian Mujahideen (from Russia-occupied Caucasian country of Ossetia) attacked a mobile checkpoint of Ingush munafiqs (traitors) in the district of settlement Maisky in Russia-occupied Caucasian country of Ingushetia, report the fighters from Ossetian Kataib al-Khoul Jamaat. The attack was not planned in advance because the Mujahideen were returning to Northern Ossetia through Ingushetia. Driving their car, they noticed a group of munafiqs from the pro-Russian gang "Interior Ministry". The Mujahideen opened forestalling machine-gun fire at the munafiqs. The suddenness of the attack allowed the Mujahideen to continue their travel without hindrance.

Only after the Mujahideen drove off a rather long distance, the munafiqs came to their senses and returned fire after the Mujahideen. The Mujahideen saw that the munafiqs' vehicle was damaged but they no nothing about the enemy casualties.

Russian media earlier reported that at least two Ingush "policemen" had been wounded in a shootout on Wednesday afternoon.
