Another US Chopper Shot Down, 12 UK, 4 US Troops Annihilated in Afghanistan

Taliban fighters shot down a coalition chopper in Paktia province on July 27. A  coalition chopper was also shot down in this province on July 26 killing 16 people including 2 Americans.

 

Four US troops were annihilated in Aubo Nau area of Manoogi district in Kunar province on July 27.  US base in Maidan area of Manoogi district was also attacked.

 

On July 27, Taliban attacked British troops near Sangin bazaar  killing 12 soldiers. Two vehicles of British forces were completely destroyed in the attack. A Talib fighter martyred (insha Allah).

 

Taliban blew up a vehicle of puppet  troops with a remote controlled landmine in Chopar area of Tagab district in Kapisa province on July 26. The vehicle was destroyed while one soldier was killed and three others were wounded in the explosion.
