Russian Invaders of Dagestan Reportedly Stole 1,000 Head of Sheep in Azerbaijan

Three shepherds and about 1,000 head of sheep have "disappeared" in Azerbaijani region of Zaatala, in Dedibot chain of mountains bordering Dagestan, a Russian-occupied Moslem state in the Caucasus.

 

Suvagil village local authority member Soltan Soltanov told the media on 16 August they heard about the disappearing of shepherds from Suvagil village of Zagatala and the sheep.

Zagatala executive power and border unit officers are taking action to find the missing shepherds and their sheep. The people in the area think that  the sheep were stolen and the shepherds killed  by Russian "border guards".
