36 NATO, Puppet Troops Terminated, Wounded in Afghanistan

Taliban fighters attacked a convoy of coalition invaders in Dorsarka area of Ningraj district of Laghman province on August 22. Two coalition troops were killed in the attack while two vehicles were destroyed.

 

Taliban attacked a convoy of ISAF invaders in Langar village of Chora district on August 21. 15 ISFA soldiers were killed and wounded and five vehicles were destroyed.

 

On August 21,  Taliban killed five puppet policemen in an attack in Garamser district of Helmand province  and destroyed a police vehicle.

 

Three puppet policemen were killed in Marja district of Helmand province.

 

 Four NATO invaders were wounded in an attack on NATO forces in Kandahar today (August 22), a spokesman of NATO-led ISAF said Tuesday. According to eyewitnesses small explosions were continuing for 25 minutes in the vehicles.There was no statement from Taliban in this connection.

 

Taliban on Monday (August 21)  torched a vehicle supplying goods to foreign invaders in Zabul province. The vehicle was set ablaze in Shahr-e-Safa area of Zabul province on Kabul-Kandahar highway along with goods.

 

Taliban fighter blew up a puppet police vehicle in a remote control landmine explosion in Pitao area of Shankay district of Zabul province om Monday. Seven puppet policemen were killed and wounded in the attack.

 

Puppet government officials on Monday (August 21) claimed  the killing of five Taliban fighters in Helmand province yesterday. Taliban, however, rejected the claim as false.

 

A press release issued by ISAF (August 22) invaders falsely claimed that nine Taliban fighters were killed by ISAF troops in Nowzad district  in Zabul. Taliban on Tuesday (August 22) said that only two of their fighters martyred (insha Allah) and three others wounded during ISAF air strike in Zabul last night.
