As reported by Russian media, Russian policemen in St. Petersburg arrested a seller of a manual of the Arabic language written by an Islamic scholar, Baghauddin Muhammed. Eight copies of the book were sold before the police intervened. The policemen claimed the manual to be "extremist literature" because the author considers Islam to be the true religion. The seller faces up to 2 years forced labor in GULAG.
