A pro-Russian puppet "police colonel", Mustafa Konakov, chief of the proxy "Chereksk interior ministry's district department", had been executed in a attack with small arms Thursday morning (Sept. 14) in his car near village Gherpeghezh when he traveled from village Khasanya on the outskirts of Nalchik, the capital of the Russian-occupied Caucasian Muslim state of Kabardino -Balkaria, where he lives, to village Kashkhatau in Chereksk district, Russian media reported.
