Mujahideen Attacks All Over Caucasus Reported

Publication time: 23 September 2006, 22:33

Chechnya. Russian media reported a firefight Saturday; September 23, between a mobile group of Mujahideen and Russian invaders in Vedeno district. The clash lasted for 15 minutes. 5 Russian soldiers were purportedly only  wounded in a fierce firing. The Mujahideen withdrew from the scene in the direction of a forested area near village Yukerchu Gonkha without suffering any casualties.

Kabardino-Balkaria. The invaders reported that a puppet police vehicle had been blown up today, Saturday, September 23, in the center of Nalchik, the capital of the Russian-occupied Caucasian Muslim state of Kabardino-Balkaria. The Russian media only said one puppet policeman was injured in the explosion and sent to a hospital which seems highly improbable.

Chechnya. The invaders reported that two apostate terrorists who had been attacked by Mujahideen in the area between villages Tsotsan Yurt and Mesher Yurt on the night to Friday, September 22, died today in a hospital in the Chechen town of Argun. A Chechen news agency citing its own sources in Chechnya said  these included a high-level terrorist Khizir Zaipulaev, the head of the gangster group "8th Company",  and his bodyguard, nickname Sharkhan, both from village Tsotsan Yurt.

Nogai Orda (Russian name, Stavropol Territory). The Prague-based US government station Radio Liberty citing apostate sources in Dagestan reported Nogai Mujahideen planning attacks in Nogai Orda and Dagestan. At present, the Mujahideen from the Nogai Jamaat under the command of Amir Taghir (Taghir Bataev) are concentrated in villages Untsukul, Karabudakhkent and other Nogai areas of Dagestan.

Fearing large-scale attacks, the invaders and their puppets set up security posts on all major highways in the area. High-ranking Russian army generals aresaid to have arrived from Moscow to coordinate possible defense operations.

Curfew is being  set in Nogai villages in Neftekumsk district of Nogai Orda and villagers are being detained on  the roads and streets to check their papers.

Earlier, the invaders reported several times that they comletely destroyed the Mujahideen of the Nogai Jamaat. Now it seems that they lied, as usual.

The Nogai Mujahideen inflicted heavy losses to Russian invaders and their puppets in the past. The Nogai Battalion takes part in Jihad as a unit of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria\'s Armed Forces starting from 1994 and up till now conducted  military operations in Chechnya (mainly in Shelkovo district), Dagestan and Nogai Orda.
