North Osstian Terrorists Kidnap People in Ingushetia

Publication time: 23 September 2006, 22:38

A gang of North Ossetians from the  terrorist group "Ossetian interior ministry" kidnapped on Wednesday, September 20, an Ingush citizen,  Ahmed Tsochoev, in the Russian-occupied Caucasian Muslim state of Ingushetia, and brought him in their car first to the North Ossetian town of Mozdok and them to Jihadtau (Russian name, Vladikavkaz), the capital of North Ossetia. He was put to prison and tortured. His kidnappers accuse him of kidnapping a man. He has been already kidnapped and accused of a kidnapping by Ossetian  terrorists in 2005 but was later released from prison after spending their 6 days.

The Ingush population is indignant at inabilty of local Russian puppet policeman to protect them against North Ossetian terrorists and plan to create self-defense groups to fire on North Ossetian militants.
