Iraqi Mujahideen Close to Establish Islamic State

Iraqi Mujahidee have largely taken control of the province of Diyala, where local puppets believe the Mujahideen are close to establishing an Islamic State. Much of the province is already controlled by Mujahideen according to strict Islamic laws.
