The Kavkaz Center news agency received a statement of Amir Jundullah (Abdurahman Kamaluddin), the Volga Front Commander of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria's Armed Forces.
The statement says:
In the name of Allah, The Merciful, the Compassionate.
Praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, Who created us as Muslims and did us a great favor in Jihad in His direct way!
Peace and prayer be upon our Prophet, Muhammad, his family, and his companions and all whose who follow His direct way till the very Day of Judgement!
Almighty Allah (swt) said in the Holy Koran:
"Surely Allah has bought of the believers their persons and their property for this, that they shall have the garden; they fight in Allah's way, so they slay and are slain; a promise which is binding on Him in the Taurat and the Injeel and the Quran; and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? Rejoice therefore in the pledge which you have made; and that is the mighty achievement" (Al-Tawbah, 111).
With Almighty Allah's help, the Jihad in the Volga Region asserts itself.
The Volga Front units started to carry out combat operations in the entrusted region.
On the night of September 28, a diversion group of the Volga Front Mujahideen struck Russia's energy communications, the Asia-Center gas pipeline. The diversion operation has been successful, thanks to Allah's help. The gas pipeline has been disabled.
We proclaim Russia's energy communications as our permanent military targets.
The Mujahideen of the Volga Front are steadfast to wage the Jihad until disturbances and unjustice are eradicated and the Law prevails.
The kafirs (infidels) and the munafiqs (apostates) resist the Law, they wage war against Allah and His Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), that is why they are criminals. They make propaganda, leading astray Muslims and spreading lies.
Allah said:
"Surely those who disbelieve spend their wealth to hinder (people) from the way of Allah; so they shall spend it, then it shall be to them an intense regret, then they shall be overcome; and those who disbelieve shall be driven together to hell" (Al-Anfal, 36).
