Kavkaz Center received a video statement of Jamaat Sharia of Dagestani Mujahideen. Jamaat Sharia belongs to a mobile detachment operating in the sector of Shamilkala (former Makhachkala), the capital of the Russian-held Caucasian Muslim state of Dagestan.
We remind our non-Muslim readers that the Arabic word "jamaat" refers to a community united by a universal conviction that is basically religious in nature.
