Putin Threatens Ukraine With Military Occupation?

Putin announced Wednesday that Russia is "prepared to protect Ukraine's borders" and interference in Ukrainian matters by other countries.

 

This statement was made during Putin's annual televised national question and answer session in response to a question about the presence of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Crimea, the Ukrainian TV5 reported.
