A court in the German town of Mannheim announced on Wednesday that the prominent German writer and chemist Germar Rudolf will be "tried" starting next Tuesday, November 14, 2006, for his "thought crimes", namely for unbelieving in the "holocaust" myth.
He expressed his "criminal" historical unbelief in numerous articles published on various Web sites in Internet.
In 1995, he was "sentenced" to 14 months in prison but chose freedom by going abroad. He lived in the US but was arrested for his historical views and unbelief and deported by for reprisal to Germany in November 2005.
Meanwhile, the German "justice" announced another "religious trial" to be held in Germany. The world famous Belgian writer Siegfried Verbeke will be also "tried" shortly as unbeliever in the "holocaust" myth in a separate "process", the Zeit online reported.
