Eleven Russian special forces troops were killed in firefights in a forest-covered border area between Chechnya and Ingushetia on November 19-20, 2006. A great number of them were wounded. The exact tallies of wounded Russians are unavailable, according to a report from the Chechen Military Command for the Kavkaz Center news agency.
A Mujahid also martyred (insha Allah), and several other Mujahideen were slightly injured in the action. No other details of the firefights were mentioned in the report.
