Battle erupts between warlords in Villa Somalia

Battle erupted in the presidential palace (in Mogadishu) between warlords who where meeting there today. 6 clan gunmen have been confirmed dead, (pictures was taken from the seen), KC correspondent reported.

 

Witness confirm that the battle which lasted for 30 minutes involved the Dayniile warlord Qanyare Afrah, and the war lord turned puppet "president" Abdullahi Yusuf.

 

The battle was caused by a dispute over where to park the military Vehiecles.

 

During the meeting puppet "government" agreed with the warlord to disarm and join the so call "government" but one warlord Muse Sudi Yalahow warned that: 

 

"If the government is ready to reconcile its people and chooses the right leadership, I hope there is no need to revolt against it".

 

He further stated that "if they fail and lose the confidence of the people, I think they would be called new warlords."

 

Earlier Somalian mujahiddeen have attacked the Hotel Ambassador at 9pm Thursday night apparently targeting the new "chief of police" ali Madoobe who is based there. Witnesses confirm at least 1 is dead in the attack. Heavy gun fire ensued with occupation troops from the military camp nearby who dispatched a unit after they heard of the explosions.
