On January, 10th, 2007, according to eyewitnesses, from his own house, a dweller of Jowhar city (Grozniy), Kurbanov Zelimhan Abdulovich, 1956 of the birth, living on the street of Neftemayskaya, 4, has been stolen.
As relatives inform, to them in the house unknown persons in the military form were knocked and have caused on conversation to Zelimhan then he has unexpectedly disappeared. However he has called to the natives on evening and has asked to not search him.
On the second day, the natives of Zelimhan have submitted the application on the fact of disappearance of the person to occupational structures of Mashadovskiy (former Staropromyslovskiy) district. However puppets have refused to accept the application, and have informed later, that their relative is on the basis of notorious occupational gang "OBR-2".
On the evening of the same day on January, 10th, 2007 near base of band of ROVD in Urus-Martan, Satabayev Timerlan Ahmedovich had been stole, 1980 of the birth, living on street of Tolstoy,1, Urus-Martan, who is kept as a hostage.
