Dagestani hypocrites has begun a mutiny

Publication time: 15 February 2007, 17:51

On February, 15th, 2007, at 9 o'clock on the morning by local time in Shamilkala (former Makhachkala), during assembly, the staff of a grouping of so-called "regiment of patrol-sentry duty" refused to submit to the higher heads from the apparatus of the puppet Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan. There was a mass fight.

It is informed, that a certain chief of a department of protection of a public order, Mitlil Magomedov has tried to prevent entering into a hall of journalists. Militiamen PPSM, have stood up for them, and have forced to pass representatives of mass-media.

The puppet assistant of the commander of the second regiment Abdurashid Bibulatov has told, that there was a spontaneous revolt, staff nearby 250 person has refused to submit.

Bibulatov has explained, that the staff planned carrying out during a lunch break of meeting against corruption in system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of republic Dagestan and in protection of the constitutional, social and economic and labor rights of employees of militia. Hypocrites complain, that they are under constant fire of mojaheds, and authorities do not pay due attention to their problems. However meeting did not take place.

The initiative group has accepted the resolution with requirements to call the leader of Ministry of Internal Affairs Magomedtagirov to act, to eradicate corruption, to provide 40-hour working week for militia, to provide the valid attitude to honor and advantage of the employee of militia from a management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to realize the right of the employee of militia to habitation guaranteed by the law on militia, to provide to the employee of militia social and economic independence.

The matter is that in Dagestan already for a long time there was the talk of the town a humiliating attitude of higher leaders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the subordinates. As the offended puppets, chiefs use very rough words to militiamen a rank below, force select money, frequently beat or simply put humiliating kicks in a back place in presence of numerous witnesses with a view of humiliation.

Let's remind, that Abdurashid Bibulatov, is the same munafik-militiaman, which on October, 25th, the past year tried to pass to a set in Kaspiysk during a space bridge to ask a question to Putin, but he there has not passed.

Then concerning it summary punishment about incomplete service conformity has been born. Bibulatov has addressed in court, but its claim has not been satisfied.

Munafik considers, that unjustly has suffered because of simple desire to ask not planned question to Putin.
