The exile policy

Publication time: 19 February 2007, 16:23

It is a fact of life that the large  number of Palestinians in Israeli prisons, the greater and  the participation in the kind of activities that put many of those prisoners in jail in the first place, i.e., resisting the occupation. It should be noted here, however, that for those who have had direct experience of Israeli prison it is obvious that not less then half the prisoners are there for no logical reason, but rather simply out of suspicion, or for having expressed an intention or thought. It is also obvious that all those who go to prison-whether involved or not involved with political or religious organizations or in resistance against the occupation-prepare and train for resistance during imprisonment.

Single or group exiling is an old policy leaning on legislation which depends on the emergency British rules, the occupation governments made some amendments as punishment, in the beginning the exile was Bandon, these policies has many goals such as empty the land of its own people and stop the resisting occupation. After the Arabian and western refusal for this policy, OF had to change this policy into the eclecticism exile.

In Al Aqsa intifada OF execute 35 exile cases to Gaza strip and out of their land includes the exile of the nativity church, OF used the exile as a dirty weapons against the prisoners who were imprisoned without reason and that big suffering to them and their families.

This policy is considered as a crime in the eye of international low according to Article 49in Geneva Convention.

Yet what happened today proved the Zionist monastery, the Zionist authorities attempted to exile a women was bleeding due to her pregnancy and the authorities transferred her from the Allenby Bridge crossing on the Palestinian-Jordanian border to the M'eir Kfar Saba hospital inside Zionist state, from which she was deported.

Political leaders of Hamas are demanding that Israel release Palestinian prisoners after the brigades arrested Zionist soldier from military base. Khalid Meshaal said  "the solution is simple - exchange to win freedom soldier" after the negotiations failed to free and return the exiled people.
