The commissioner of the Council of Europe on human rights, Thomas Hammarberg has informed journalists about what these journalists write 7 years: in the occupied Chechen Republic people are tortured.
"Today I was convinced, that people are not only beat, but also tortured and under tortures force to sign recognitions in imperfect crimes",- Hammarberg has declared during a meeting with one of the main sadists and a holder of personal torturing prisons in native village Hosijurt (Tsentoroj) Kadyrov, which, as is known to the same journalists from numerous indications of former hostages, personally torture the victims.
"The some people complain to the heads, but with them address even more rigidly",- representative ΡΕ in conversation with the leader of the Chechen puppets has diplomatically expressed.
According to Hammarberg, to such conclusion he has come after visiting an investigatory insulator where talked to the hostages who are being three chambers.
