As the press-service of ChCNS reports, the inhabitant of the village of Gojskoye, Ramzan Shirvaniyevich Hasiyev, 1976 year birth, has received a brain concussion, numerous bruises, traumas of a backbone, the top and bottom finite nesses, after he has lead more than 11 hours under tortures on the basis of gang ORB-2 in the city of Urus-Martan, accordingly to the conclusion of doctors of CDH of the city of Urus-Martan.
According to Ramzan Hasiyev, he and his relative Shahid Ipayev, have been stolen by terrorists from ORB-2 when have stopped near petrol station to fill the car. Both of them force have jostled in the car of mark UAZ and have delivered to base of gang ORB-2.
Shahid Ipayev, living in the same village at the street of Pervomayskaya, 20, during interrogation was beat a head on a wall, humiliated and was subjected to tortures which also proceeded within 11 hours. Ramzan Hasiyev was subjected also to tortures by an electric current.
It is known, that two brothers of Ramzan Hasiev, have been killed in 2004
The unknown persons, rushed at night in their house. Two another brothers continue to serve in the puppet structures. And Ramzan himself has left occupational militia.
