An observer would notice that Russians are keen these days to show Chechnya in the media as stable after Russia's victory in the battle with separatists -according to their expression- by the appointment of the traitor Kaderov as president, to the inauguration of Grozny (Sheikh Mansour) Airport, to the news that contradict with the reality of Chechnya at all levels.
The military level, the Russians still suffer human and material losses in every day and this is what Russians could not deny or even talk about, and at the civil level, at which the Chechen People are still suffering from the scourge of Russian bombing and the ravages of the sanctions that still implemented by the Russian inspection teams, which Russians loot, kill, and destroy what they like unchecked and unobserved; all of this and other are known by who ever got the slightest knowledge of the Chechen situation.
So the first beneficiary of this misinformation is Putin, who wants to bid farewell to the Kremlin without accountability or criticism on what he has done in Chechnya of crimes and the dragging of Russia's human and economical losses.
