Estonia is preparing for the removal of the so-called "Soviet Soldier - Liberator Monument" from the center of Tallinn, Defense Minister Jurgen Ligi said in an interview published by the Thursday issue of the newspaper Postimees.
"We should draft a plan first and then decide what can be said to the public and what should not," he said,- Interfax reported.
"I do not want to make any comments about this as yet," he added.
