Hamas degradated finally: Palestinian traitors’ “unity government” sworn in

Publication time: 18 March 2007, 13:32

With the help of the Democratic Ideologies of the west a Palestinian coalition government uniting the rival Hamas and Fatah factions officially took power on Saturday at simultaneous swearing in ceremonies in Gaza City and the West Bank city of Ramallah.

Hamas, being born with the idea of resistance to Israel, is now supporting its plans and even recognising it. Hamas even had talks and agreed to the help by Russian Imperialists but they fail to realise that working with the Russian disbelievers, they are betraying our brothers and sisters in Chechnya, who are being oppressed and tortured by the Russian infidels.

The twenty-five ministers of the so-called cabinet, being supported by the West, placed their hands on the Qur'an, and in the case of the one Christian minister on the New Testament, and swore allegiance to the Palestinian people in front of president Mahmud Abbas, who is himself a traitor and works with the enemies of Islam.

The new unity government, who is pleasing the efforts of the West, is due to hold its first cabinet meeting on Sunday in Gaza City, with West Bank ministers participating via video link because of Israeli travel bans.

Forty-one members of the 132-member parliament are in Israeli prisons and another four were absent from the vote. Still there support for Israel is a major concern for the whole Muslim Ummah in general.

Palestinian leaders had presented an "historic coalition government" to lawmakers on Saturday aimed at ending a turbulent year of factional violence and an international boycott that triggered that violence.

Palestinian prime minister designate Ismail Haniya reached out to allay Western concerns as he called for a Palestinian state on lands Israel occupied in 1967, vowed to respect past peace accords signed with the Palestine Liberation Organization, and said his government would work toward the release of captured Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit. But he forgets that doing so he will not be protecting the Holy Land from the disbelievers. Bowing to the pressures from Western Democratic devils, this government is making things worse for our brothers and sisters in Palestine as well.

The Zionist regime known as "Israel" immediately refused to have any contacts with the new unity cabinet, but all seems that this is only next dirty devilish game of the infidels. Because Israel needs Hamas in reality, for Palestinians have tried all political movements and systems during their resistance, besides true Islamic Shariah ruling, and unbelievers afraid only the restoring of the Shariah ruling. "The government" of Hamas means waste time for Islam and is a profit for the enemies of Allah.

"Israel will not recognise or work with this new government or with its members," Zionist's  spokeswoman Miri Eisin said.

"There is a clear call by the new prime minister to what he calls the right of resistance," Eisin added.

In his speech to parliament, Haniya insisted on Palestinians' right to resist the Israeli occupation, but we know that it were the empty words of the traitor.

"The government affirms that resistance in all its forms to the occupation is a legitimate right guaranteed by international resolutions. It is therefore the right of our people to defend itself in the face of continuing Israeli aggression," Haniya told the assembled lawmakers in Gaza City. Although he supports the continuing aggression of the Russian Imperialists on the soils of Kavkaz.

Haniya vowed that the new unity cabinet would "respect the resolutions of international legitimacy and the agreements signed by the Palestine Liberation Organization," but that still fell short of Israeli demands.

"The government will work with the international community to put an end to the occupation and recover the legitimate rights of our people, foremost among them the creation of an independent state enjoying full sovereignty in the territories occupied in 1967," Haniya said, but failed to make explicit mention of Israel.

Incoming Palestinian foreign minister Ziad Abu Amr lashed out at Israel's early rejection of the unity government.

"The Israeli government is weak and is running away from negotiatoins by clinging to old irrational positions," he said.

Incoming ministers based in the Gaza Strip will be sworn in later on Saturday and those in the West Bank in Ramallah on Sunday.

The so-called Palestinian puppet president Mahmud Abbas had called for a negotiated peace with Israel and a rejection of "all forms of violence" in an address to MPs Saturday as they prepared to vote on a new unity cabinet.

"I hope that the favourable reception given to the new government both in the Arab world and internationally will result in concrete steps to put an end to the embargo," Mahmud Abbas said.

The president rejected Israeli calls for modifications to an Arab peace initiative. He slammed continuing Israeli settlement expansion, the construction of the controversial separation barrier in the West Bank and the "isolation of Jerusalem." But he fails to look up to what Islam calls for.

The incoming finance minister Salam Fayyad told journalists on Saturday that the Palestinian government would not survive without international aid. "We do face a very serious financial problem," he said.

Russia and France have indicated a growing willingness to work with the new Fatah-Hamas coalition, and Israeli officials quietly fear some Quartet members will now end the aid freeze.

"We feel that the wind is beginning to change among certain European countries who seem ready to restart their aid, which would constitute a victory for Hamas," a senior foreign ministry official said on condition of anonymity.

This is a sign for the degradation for Hamas, which has turned its interests from helping and working for the Palestinian state to pleasing the disbelievers, hypocrites and enemies of Islam. Islam was and is a mere slogan for them.

Palestinians hope the new government will usher in an era of calm and economic prosperity. But it's really a bad sign for our brothers and sisters in Palestine. Allahu Aleem, May Allah guide the wrong guided ones and give victory to the true Muslims.
