As a source in the Chechen command reports, during March month the CRI President , amir of the mujahadeen of Caucasus, Dokka Umarov conducted whole series of encounters and conferences with the commanders of sectors, fronts and the directions AF CRI and Caucasian Front.

"I should recognize that if we begin to assume all those desiring, then we will not manage this flow; therefore it is necessary to limit the number of recruits, but we constantly work at the fact that to create conditions for the method of all, who want to participate in Jihad", stated Dokka Umarov at the conference with commanders of one of the sectors AF CRI.
Chechen leader confirmed information about the fact that on the past winter Russian infidels threw out in Chechnya mountains tens of the corpses of people. According to him, these are the stolen innocent civilians, many of whom were relatives of the mujahadeen or simple people, which were stolen and killed for the purpose of terror and intimidation of the population.
"On the reports from different regions within this winter Russians threw out from the helicopters several ten corpses in the mountains. All corpses are disfigured, are visible the tracks of terrible tortures. Evident also that they preliminarily exhausted them by hunger. In essence they discarded corpses in those places, where can, in their opinion, be located the bases of the mujahadeen or in those places, where earlier these bases were located. This shows that the tactics of the throwing out of the corpses is directed toward the psychological intimidation of the mujahadeen. They think, thus, to intimidate and to morally choke people. They - infidels; therefore makes that the fact that they usually made always. For them this is standard, they so fights ", - Dokka Umarov said.
