Taliban Report Flurry Of Attacks As Demands Made For Captured Aid Workers

As the Taliban released a statement demanding the release of a number of their Mujahideen and the withdrawal of French troops from Afghanistan in exchange for two captured French aid workers, the Islamic Emirate released details of a flurry of operations throughout Afghanistan. A French man and woman and three Afghans working for Terre d'Enfance were captured by the Taliban on April 3, 2007 in Nimroz province and has given the Afghan government one week to meet its demands.

Two Army Vehicles Killed In Ambush In Logar At 11:30 pm last night, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate set an ambush for the Afghan Interior forces, targeting to enemy vehicles with light and medium -sized weapons. The two vehicles were destroyed however information on enemy casualties has not yet reached us. Fierce Clashes Continue In Laghman Province From 10.00 today morning fierce face-to-face battles are continuing between the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate and the American and Afghan forces near Kala Bazar Bali Shank in the area of Zar Kamar in Lagman province. The occupation forces have vehicleried out severe bombing raids, damaging civilian homes. NATO Attack Thwarted, Two Military Vehicles Destroyed In Helmand This morning, the cross worshipper NATO forces attacked the area of Sarvan Kala in the Sinjin district of Helmand province. The enemies tried to enter areas under the control of the Mujahideen. After a fierce battle, the Mujahideen were able to defeat the enemy and force it to retreat and withdraw from the area after it endured apparent losses. Two military tanks were also destroyed and all those enemy soldiers on board met their fate. Eight Civilians Martyred In Air Raids In Helmand Province In a new crime vehicleried out by occupation forces yesterday, the Americans vehicleried out bombing raids at noon on civilian vehicles in the area of Sarvan Kala in the Sinjin district of Helmand province that killed eight civilians, including women and children. Landmine Explodes UN Vehicle At 10 am this morning, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate blew up a vehicle with a landmine that was part of a UN convoy carrying foreigners in the heart of the city of Kandahar at the second cross road in the Sarkhak district. The attack completely destroyed the vehicle, killing all foreigners on board persons and the driver instantly. It is worth mentioning that this operation is a response to the report of from Human Rights Watch who have accused the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan of targeting civilians instead of the foreign occupiers. American Forces Opened Fire On Civilians In Kandahar This morning American occupation forces opened fire on the civilians in the area of Sanari in the Zarrah district in Kandahar province that injured a number of people severely. It is worth mentioning that yesterday, the occupation forces fired on an old man, one of the elders from the area of Bakhjal in Helmand province. The elder, Shaqiq Haji Manaf Khan was shot and severely injured and he is now receiving treatment in the hospital of Miroes in Kandahar province. Two Puppet Army Vehicles Destroyed In Kapisa Province At 3:00 pm this afternoon, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate attacked two military vehicles belonging to the puppet army in the area of Kor Ghal in the Nijaab district in Kapisa province that completely destroyed them. The accurate details of enemy losses of life are not yet available. Fierce Fighting Between Puppet Army And Mujahideen At noon today, fierce fighting broke out between the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate and the puppet army forces in the Jawi Baar area in Kapisa province. Base In Badghis Province Attacked Last night, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate carried out a a direct armed attack using light and medium-sized weapons in an operation against a base in Badghis province. The attack led to the complete destruction of the base, the police station and security points at the corners of the control point. Three police men were killed and one vehicle, along with 3 motorbikes, were torched and the Mujahideen took three light weapons as booty. The hero Mujahid Mullah Habib Ullah was also martyred in the operation. Two Occupation Forces Tanks Destroyed In Separate Incidents In Ghazni Yesterday afternoon, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate destroyed a tank that was part of an American forces convoy in the area of Kand Khel in the Andar district of Ghazni province using a remote controlled land mine. In a similar operation, the Mujahideen destroyed another tank in the Sakhwa area of the same district using a previously planted bomb. The enemy faced apparent losses between the dead and injured however accurate information on their casualties in not available. Two Foreign Occupation Tanks Destroyed In Gerishk Yesterday afternoon, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate attacked two tanks belonging to the occupation enemy in an ambush using the RPG7's in the Haider Abad area near DaniShi in the Gerishk district of Helmand province. The tanks were completely destroyed and a large number of enemy forces were killed. The occupiers removed the remains of the tanks u7nder the cover of darkness using helicopters. Puppet Government Intelligence Spy Killed In Kandahar Last night, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate attacked an intelligence spy6 named Zarki who was working for the puppet government in the Sarbozah area in the city of Kandahar as he rode in his vehicle. He was killed instantly. Jarkh In Loger Province Liberated Once Again Last night, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate attacked the Jarkh control once again using light and medium-sized weapons. The Mujahideen were able to capture a lot of booty in the operation and the building was then torched and completely destroyed by fire. The checkpoint is now under the control and administration of the Mujahideen. It is worth mentioning that this checkpoint was liberated nearly two weeks ago also and the enemy faced apparent losses in lives and materials then also. Eight Puppet Soldiers Killed In Explosion In Spin Boldak At 10 am this morning, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate detonated a mine at a puppet police vehicle in the Hut area of Spin Boldak in Kandahar province as it was on its way to aid the American forces. The attack led to the complete destruction of the vehicle and eight puppet soldiers met their fate. It is worth mentioning that this operation was not a martyrdom operation but was the result of a mine planted by the Mujahideen in the area.

Puppet Army Vehicles Destroyed Near Kandahar Early this morning, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate set an ambush for two puppet forces vehicles in the area of the destroyed bridge near the Shahr Safa control on the main road of the Kabul- Kandahar. Both vehicles were completely destroyed while a third enemy vehicle was overturned killing and injuring a large number of enemy soldiers. The Mujahideen also killed an intelligence employee in the center of the Kandahar city in the Loi Wialah area who was riding a motor bike. American Forces Tank Destroyed In Ghazni At sunset yesterday, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate destroyed an American military tank that was part of a convoy traveling in the village of Baata in the Andar district of Ghanzi province. The vehicle was destroyed using a remote controlled land mine and kmilled and injured all those on board. Martyrdom Operation In Khost Kills Ten At 12:30 pm today, one of the heroes of the Islamic Emirate, Mujahid Amir Muhammad, carried out a martyrdom attack in the Khost border belt. The operation was performed when the officers and the puppet army forces ad gathered near a kitchen inside the brigade premises. The attack led to the death of more than 10 of them and injured several others. Police Security Point Attacked In Kunduz Last night, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate attacked in the Jaar Daah area of Kunduz province a police security post on the bridge with light and heavy weapons. The attack led to the death of six enemy soldiers and completely destroyed the post. Several other enemy soldiers were severely injured in the operation.

American Helicopter Downed In Ghazni Province Last night at 8 pm, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate targeted a enemy cross worshipper's helicopter on the outskirts of the Waidh control in Ghazni province. That strike directly hit the helicopter and forces it to the ground. After the incident, occupation forces randomly bombed the area, destroying a umber of the civilian houses in the area.
