The relief agency of Daryeel Bulsho Guud is distributing relief aid in Lower and Middle Shabelle regions where majority of people displaced by recent war in Mogadishu are living.
The relief which include Rice, Oil and beans were donated to needy and war displaced families in districts of Middle Shabelle region like; Warsheekh, Balcad, Jowhar, Cadale, Qalimoow and some other settlements in Lower Shabelle region such as Basra, Jeyshaani, and other settlements between Mogadisho and Afgooye like Lafoole, Haawo Abdi, Eelasha, Garas Baalleey.
This emergency relief aid granted through DBG by German foreign ministry and other Humantrian agencies of Diakonie Caricas of Germany and Diakonie Australia has extensively relieved the burden on those families who fled from Mogadishu.
Meanwhile this humantrian agency, Daryeel Bulsho Guud also known as DBG is still continuing to distribute clean drinking water to people fled to the main entry roads between Mogadishu and other towns of Afgooye and Bal'ad.
This relief agency of DBG which, its self was widely affected by recent fighting in Mogadishu after its headquarter was destroyed in the heavy shelling, still continues to assist the war affected and war displaced people.
During recent fighting in Mogadishu, DBG was distributing emergency humantrian response of medical aid and equipment to hospitals in Mogadishu, Merca and Jowhar towns.
