New decrees by president Dokka Umarov

The administration of the President of CRI has distributed the decree of the head of Chechen state, Dokka Umarov on appointing of the Military Amir of CRI Armed Forces and also three of his deputies.

 

Recall in this context that previously Shamil Basayev was Military Amir, who became Shaheed (insha Allah) in the summer of 2006.

In the name of Allah, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate!

 

Being guided by the chapters 75 and 76 Constitutions of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, and by the CRI Law «On the military situation »,

 

I decide:

 

To appoint Brigadier General Akhmed Yevloyev (Amir Magas) as a Military Amir of CRI Armed Forces.

 

The decree acts from the moment of its signing

In the name of Allah, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate!

 

Being guided by the chapters 75 and 76 Constitutions of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, and by the CRI Law «On the military situation »,

 

I decide:

 

To appoint Amir Muhanned as a first deputy of the Military Amir of CRI Armed Forces.

 

To appoint Tarhan Gaziyev (Amir Tarhan) as a second deputy of the Military Amir of CRI Armed Forces.

 

To appoint Aslambek Vaduyev (Amir Aslambek) as a third deputy of the Military Amir of CRI Armed Forces.
