FSC has finally delivered its version of events in Ingushetia. The FSB announced that the organizators of recent attacks in Ingushetia were "emissaries of al-Qaeda, who have got into the republic last summer.
FSC even counted the "Al-Qaedavans" and has estimated approximate amount of "fees" that Arabs pay to "Ingush militants". According to the FSB there is only three Arabs in the republic, and that "pay" from 2 to 5 thousand dollars for each explosion or attack.
The cunning Checka officers also forecasted a possible uprising of Ingushs who, dissatisfied by Moscow's actions, could join the three Arabs from Al-Qaeda".
FSB complain about that the three Arabs were so clever and skilled that managed in a matter of weeks, not only to create a new operational and professionally trained "groups of militants" from the "local terrorists and bandits", but also to organize attacks on invaders and puppet police forces despite the fact that the republic had been beefed up with additional 5,000 invaders (FSB, said that 2500 soldiers had been sent to Ingushetia).
The dispatched troops should had to finish off the remnants of the "underground" in one month and go back to Russia. However, the situation is clearly out of control of Moscow. And according to FSB the three Arabs from Al-Qaeda are guilty for this.
Moreover, these three Arabs, are not satisfied with just one Ingushetia and are planning something more ambitious and bloody. The FSB explains:
"They are preparing for something bigger. The militants are not even attempt to seize a police station or any other governmental building, while their forces allow them to so. Their methods are to come, fire, and escape. Only during the attack in Malgobek last Sunday the number of militants was between 20 and 30 men", said one of the FSB officers to "Vremya Novostey" newspapers.
He explained that Ingushetia is only a place for training of young fighters, who later on will be sent for a "major event" to another region. FSB fears that such a place could become Kabardino-Balkaria, where in recent days several sabotage actions have taken place.
FSB, in its traditional style of thinking points out that the attack on Kabardino-Balkaria could be on the day of the "trial" of 59 citizens of Kabardino-Balkaria, who had been taken hostage after the events in autumn of 2005.
Other sources inside FSB on the other hand, believe that the events that take place in Ingushetia are a preparation for a major attack of Mujahideen in this republic.
