Fierce clashes and special operations in Urus-Martan District

Publication time: 28 June 2008, 23:39

ChechCenter reported referring to a source inside the Headquarters of the Command of Urus-Martan Sector of Southwestern Front of The Caucasus Emirate Armed Forces that Saturday at 3 PM near the village of Roshni-Chu a special operative group (SOG) of The Caucasus Intelligence Service (Mukhabarat) carried out a special operation on liquidation of a high-ranking pro-Russian accomplice (murtad/apostate) nicknamed Ahdan.

The special operation was carried out by units of Abdul-Kuddus and Abdul-Hakim. According to ChechCenter, the report about the removal of the accomplice was confirmed by Deputy Chief of the Caucasus Emirate Intelligence Service, Amir (Commander) Daud, who gave a high rating to the operation conducted by the SOG (Special Operative Group). Commander Daud also pointed out that the ringleader of one of the pro-Russian police gangs, Ahdan, was liquidated along with his bodyguards.

Meanwhile Kavkaz Center's source reported that a battle took place Saturday in the woodland near the village of Roshni-Chu. Pro-Russian accomplices (murtadin/apostates) captured several relatives of the Mujahideen, who just recently joined the Jihad, and headed towards one of the operative bases behind the live shield.

The apostates were trying to make the young Mujahideen lay down arms by threatening the lives of the hostages. The Mujahideen, however, responded by opening fire at the pro-Russian apostates.

2 commanders of the pro-Russian accomplices and several Kadyrov's puppet militants were killed. The hostages from among close family members of the Mujahideen were all shot by the apostates. No information is available about the casualties of the Mujahideen.
