A blast took place in one of the apartment buildings in Sochi. Flights of stairs of the first three floors were destroyed. The residents were evacuated with an extension ladder.
11 people sustained injuries. 2 people died - a man and a 14-year-old girl.
The city's authorities under the Russian invaders are claiming that they are now trying to establish the reason and the power of the blast.
