Kavkaz Center is now presenting to the readers the transcript of video statement recorded on June 12, 2008 by Amir Hussein (Hussein Gakayev), Commander of the Shali Sector of the Eastern Front of the Caucasus Emirate Armed Forces, in which he talks about the proclamation by Amir Dokka Abu-Usman of the Caucasus Emirate and evaluates of anti-Islamic activities of the members of the London Criminal Group (LCG).
Brief reference: Amir Hussein (Commander Hussein Gakayev) was born in 1970. He is one of the six Mujahideen brothers - well-known in the Province of Nokhchicho - from Elistanzhi village in Vedeno District of Chechnya. Hussein is the commander of the Shali Sector of the Eastern Front of the Armed Forces of CRI / CE. [Deputy commander of the Shali sector of the Eastern VF is his younger brother Amir Muslim (born 1973)]. Mujahideen of the Shali Sector of the Eastern Frobt, are mainly operating against Russian occupiers and the Chechen apostates, in the territory of Shali and Vedeno districts. Amir Hussein is also the deputy commander of the Eastern Front of the Caucasus Emirate Armed forces (appointed by the Amir of Caucasian Mujahideen Dokka Abu Usman, on the recommendation of commander of the Eastern Front Amir Aslanbek). Hussein Gakayev served as the Minister of Internal Affairs (from March 7 to October 7, 2007) in the latest cabinet of ministers of former CRI, under the chairmanship of Dokka Umarov. He occupied the same post in the ministry of the Province of Nokhchicho (Ichkeria) of the Caucasus Emirate (from Ramadan 25, 1428 - October 7, 2007). Gakayev brothers have participated in almost all well-known events on the territory of CRI (Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, now Province of Ichkeria, Caucasus Emirate, -- Wilayayh Nokhchicho of CE), connected to the confrontation to pro-Moscow opposition of Zavgayev-Gantamirov-Avtorkhanov-Hadjiyev by the legitimate authorities of first Chechen President Jokhar Dudayev, as well as the events of the last two Russian-Chechen wars. Two oldest brothers, Jamalay (born in 1965) and Said-Usman (born in 1967), were seriously wounded and then died (were martyred) during the 1st war. The 3rd brother, Hasan (born in 1969), and the youngest, Rizvan (born in 1977), were martyred during the 2nd war, in 2001 and 2003 respectively. Their sister was abducted during the 2nd war by pro-Russian accomplices from among the Chechen murtadin (apostates), and her fate remains unknown. * * * * *
Amir Hussein: ''All Mujahideen accepted Amir Dokka's decision on the Caucasus Emirate with great happiness''
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan.
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful!
Peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and all his companions and descendants.
And then ... With the wish of peace and prosperity to our brothers and sisters in Islam their brothers-Mujahideen!
Before I begin my speech, I would want to praise to Allah - the Creator of everything - Who created us Muslims: Alhamdulillah! Alhamdulillah! Alhamdulillah!
And again, and always: Alhamdulillah! Alhamdulillah! Alhamdulillah! Who has choose us among the faithful and Who attached us to those who are strong in Iman and believing as it should be to believe.
We praise to Allah - Who has brought us to the path of truth and strengthened us in Islam, gave us endurance, patience and health.
I will say a few words about political affairs - regarding the services of the Zakayevans and proclaimed by us [the Mujahideen].
Alhamdulillah, our Amir proclaimed the Caucasian Emirates [the Caucasus Emirate], and some people began to say that this allegedly had not been discussed with the Mujahideen. So, it's not true. All the Mujahideen to a single one are satisfied with Dokka's decision, inshaAllah, and we will continue to support him as long as he be on that path, working on Almighty's path
We are very happy with your Amir - whatever he does on Allah path. He's taken a decision - and Allah knows better, as he took this decision according to the will of Allah.
We do not know whether this was needed yesterday, today or tomorrow. But we see in this the right decision, because those in Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabarda, Balkaria, Circassians, Abkhazians, Ossetians - were all fragmented. And, in fact, our Jamaats operate down to the Krasnodar! Their isolation from us [the Chechens] have disappointed us. In short, because we have talked only: "Ichkeria! Ichkeria! Chechens!", nothing has changed. And I think that this fact led Dokka to take such a fair decision, which we have accepted with great happiness', inshaAllah.
Soon, inshaAllah, infidels and hypocrites will be defeated! And a harbinger of this victory, which is very close, was the cleansing of our ranks. "Zakayevans", "Timurovans" (Chechen singer Timur Mutsurayev) - are coming to light in front of us, and we take this process very positively.
All this time there have never been any good from these "Mujahideen". But now they breakaway - and this for us is an enormous relief. They were hypocrites and engaged in show. And as long as we won't get rid of last of them - we will not see any victory!
And what changes they could do for us? We have no need for actors, playing a balalaika, and in performances. This is forbidden for us, and their whistling will not harm us. The artist is one who talks about everything in what he good at. In short, their departure would not harm us, on the contrary it would be beneficial for us, inshaAllah.
Hereon, I am going to conclude my speech...
Today is June 12, 2008.
I would like to tell heartfelt Salam to all our brothers and sisters in Islam - to everyone who thinks about us and supports us.
Peace be upon you, the mercy of Allah and His blessings!
Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar!
May Allah arrange us meeting in good place!
