A military convoy and a slot machine parlor were attacked Saturday, a hotel and a store were attacked overnight in Ingushetia.
Attackers drove to the private hotel in Nazran around 12:30 AM on a VAZ-21114 car and opened fire, damaging the building, a Russian military official told Interfax. The hotel could be attacked by Mujahideen if it was considered a place of debauchery.
A store was attacked in Ordzhonikidzevskaya village in Sunzhensky district around 2:10 AM, the attackers also drove on VAZ-21114, the building was damaged, a member of pro-Russian Ingush security forces told Interfax. The store could be attacked by the Mujahideen for selling alcohol.
RIA Novosti citing a member of local security forces reported that the shop was attacked in Karabulak town. The attackers fired more than 150 shots at the building, then set it on fire. It was not immediately clear whether the two news agencies reported the same incident, and if so, why there was discrepancy about the incident location.
