According to KC's source in the
headquarters of the Eastern Front of the Armed Forces of the Emirate
of Caucasus, a Mujahideen unit belonging to the Shali Sector
(commander amir Huseyn) entered Wednesday Agishty village, located in
the Bas river gorge, south from district capital Shali.
Mujahideen took the village under full
control and installed checkpoints. The village was controlled by
Mujahideen till Thursday's morning. Operations against active
supporters of Russian infidels and Chechen apostates were carried
out, accompanied by explanatory work.
During one of the operations, ex-head
of the puppet administration Hoja Sadulayev, his son and wife were
eliminated, his house and car were burned.
Earlier, 18 January 2006, three
Mujahideen were martyred in Agishty. An investigation by the Eastern
Front operational department revealed that the Mujahideen were
betrayed by Hoja Sadulayev, head of Agishty puppet administration at
that time. His wife and son actively assisted him, misleading the
Mujahideen and weakening their vigilance.
Apostate forces attempted to move to
Agishty from Shali, but quickly retreated after Mujahideen attacked
them. There was no precise information of apostate casualties.
Thursday morning, 6 Dhu al-Hijjah,
Mujahideen left the village after accomplishing their military
mission.
