According to sources in Georgia's government, brother of former minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of CRI Akhmad Zakayev - Buvadi Zakayev, has recently returned to Chechnya. The details are unknown. It is reported that Buvadi Zakayev has been guaranteed personal security by the ringleader of the Chechen apostates Ramzan Kadyrov.
We would like to remind that Zakayev's brother has lived several years in a prestigious district of Tbilisi, has an impressive real estate.
Kavkaz Center's sources have also reported after the departure of Zakayev's brother to Chechnya, Khanbiyev brothers - Umar and Magomed - arrived in Europe.
They have held several meetings in France and Germany, with some representatives of the former government of CRI.
As the sources reported, Umar and Magomed Khanbiyev have also had contacts with Akhmad Zakayev but the details are unknown.
It should be mentioned that in 2008 Magomed Khanbiyev did already meet with Akhmad Zakayev's trustee Yaragi Abdullayev who arrived at a meeting in Italy where Umar Khanbiyev were living during that time.
After talks with Y. Abdullayev, Magomed Khanbiyev held talks with Akhmed Zakayev over the telephone and later told press that Zakayev is going to be free to return to Chechnya soon.
Later on, Zakayev himself while commenting on his contacts with Kadyrov said that he is going to "think and respond in September".
At that time, Kadyrov told reporters that Zakayev who "can lead the revival of culture of the Chechen people'' is being awaited in Chechnya.
Since then there was no information about Zakayev's contants with Kadyrov.
It should be said that Magomed Khanbiyev, a former Defense Minister of Ichkeria, defected to the side of the Russian infidels several years ago.
His brother Umar Khanbiyev, a former Health Minister of CRI, and later the general representative abroad of the President of CRI A. Maskhadov returned to Chechnya under Kadyrov's assurances at the end of last year.
