Chieftain of Kremlin decided to appoint his own person as a head in Caucasus

Acting formal chieftain of Kremlin, Medvedev, stated in his next ritual speech addressed to so-called "federal assembly" that "the situation in Northern Caucasus is the most serious problem of Russia".

At the same time, chieftain emphasized that this is an "internal political" problem.

Medvedev discovered America saying, "The level of corruption, violence, cronyism is unprecedented", also repeating hackneyed stock phrase that "the roots of many problems lie in the problems of the economic underdevelopment, first and foremost. The majority of those living in the region have no normal living perspectives".

A thoughtful observation of Medvedev leads to a conclusion that through establishing economical situation, which will help people to have "normal living perspectives", will make it possible to stop jihad in Caucasus.

In order to establish economical situation and "living perspectives" to people, there should be a specially chosen person with wide authority to deal, thinks Kremlin Chieftain.

"The person should be personally responsible for the situation in the region. Obviously, he should be having all the credentials for effective coordination of the job in the given direction. Such a person will come out", promised Medvedev.

Ringleader of Ingush apostates, Yevkurov appeared to be first in support of new-old plans of Kremlin, leaving behind his Chechen colleague Kadyrov in this case.

Yevkurov praised Medvedev. "Good idea, it should be a good person, who will be responsible for the situation", he informed journalists.

"Measures offered by Medvedev will allow to improve the circumstances - Yevkurov promised with confidence. - The most important is that the president pays a serious attention to Northern Caucasus and understands the very important role of corruption and cronyism in the region. I hope, the will be a big positivity", - apostate expressed his hope.

Meanwhile, an American The Washington Post took the floor with a strange comment about the situation in Ingushetia (province of Ghalghaycho). According to correspondent, Philip Pen, Yevkurov's politics has so far been "soft". And that did not bring any success.

"Failure of Yevkurov will mean the authority being back to repressive methods which are fraught with full-scale war. Instead, success might prompt the way out from vicious circle of violence in Northern Caucasus", supposes American journalist.

It is worth to note that after Yevkurov's appointment to the post as a new ringleader of local apostates, the number of kidnappings and murders of Muslims in Ingushetia increased tremendously. Simply these murders were committed more in a subtle way, while Yevkurov kept talking nonstop about "peace and agreement in the society", which obviously seemed "new and soft" in comparison to his neighbor Kadyrov's every night appeal to kill all.

Besides, a professional murderer, a member of terrorist gang "GRU", Yevkurov, has never hidden that "there should be strict measures applied to militants and their accomplices".

"Moreover, Yevkurov appeared most frustrated by his failure to stamp out corruption", supposes correspondent Phillip Pen.

"The officials who steal state funds are making protection payments to the rebels, strengthening the insurgency with money intended to defeat it", claims Yevkurov.

That is why the apostate is delighted that infidel Medvedev "will give Northern Caucasus to surveillance of a special person".
