Isa Yamadayev has appealed to formal Kremlin ringleader Medvedev in his open letter published by the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper.
Yamadayev says in the letter that Kadyrov wants to kill him and asks Medvedev for help and protection.
"One after another my brothers have been killed. In 2003 militants killed Jabrail Yamadayev. They killed Ruslan Yamadayev in 2008 in Moscow; in United Arab Emirates my brother Sulim Yamadayev was shot.
Now the hunting is started on me. And this hunting is not conducting by savages in the Amazon jungle, but by government officials in the capital of our Native land, who love to show off on television and talk about their heroic deeds", is stated in the letter.
Yamadayev notes that the discussions are often appear in the media that Kremlin has given Kadyrov a carte blanche "to restore an order" in Chechnya and therefore it turns a blind eye to the murder of his opponents.
"Is it really so that now, indiscriminately, all opponents of Kadyrov have been declared enemies of Russia and can be killed? Human rights activist of Memorial Natalya Estemirova was killed in 2009, Movladi Atlangeriyev was kidnapped in Moscow in 2007 and then killed in Chechnya, the president of Konvers-Group Aleksandr Antonov and his nameless bodyguard were killed in Moscow in 2009. So are they also enemies of Russia?" the letter said.
According to the author of the appeal he sees the only one answer to this question: Medvedev supposedly "is not informed of the true state of affairs in relation to the investigation of the mentioned crimes".
In the video appeal Yamadayev is reminding the great services of his family before the Russian infidels and expresses perplexity why "Heroes of Russia" are being shot off by Kadyrov before the eyes of Russian authorities without any after-effects.
Especially, Isa Yamadayev emphasized that he and his brothers have been risking their lives fighting against Sharia in Chechnya with the support of the FSB of Russia, and the Yamadayevs' curator was a notorious Cheka ringleader Herman Ugryumov.
During his video appeal, Isa Yamadayev apologized for his appearance (a long beard), and promised to shave it off. He has also repeated the claim that Sulim Yamadayev is alive and is being prepared for new surgery.
At the end of his appeal, Yamadayev expresses certainty that he will also be killed, and begs Medvedev "to stop this mad conveyor of death."
In his personal blog Isa Yamadayev stated that he is being hunted down in Moscow by several groups which arrived from Chechnya.
Yamadayev wrote:
"To execute the contract-killing, about which is so loudly spoken everywhere (the identity of the contractor is perfectly known to everyone), is ordered before the New Year. Despite the timing terms, hitmen have an instruction to stop only in case of the order being executed. This means that the situation is now more than serious. I have decided to appeal to the president of Russia - Dmitry Medvedev with an open letter, through the newspaper of "Moskovsky Komsomolets", so if possible at least to influence on that arbitrariness, which is being created by a gang of men who have fallen greedily upon power in Chechnya. I'm not the only one who is in their list for elimination, and the list of victims who have been killed by the hands of these murderers is extensive. Due to popularity of our family and the public's attention, I could bring to the surface of those who are behind all the crimes, and open the eyes of others to what is happening. Many of people do not have even that simple chance, to be heard about their fate, and they are forced to go into the woods and to fight with this criminal regime," Yamadayev explains. In his desperate pleas for help, Isa Yamadayev declares that "he is worried for his homeland, and for those who are at very serious shortcomings have come under the yoke of the bandit (Kadyrov)". "All the promises "to end the war within two weeks" will remain promises until those in power are those who are the "creators" of the conflict claiming the lives of innocent civilians and preventing a quiet, peaceful life. In my example, I am clearly letting to know the others, that human life may be at stake, just a because of man's desire, the man who has the power and he has a gang of criminals under his control, and then neither the law nor thy follow the rule of law will help in combating this evil." Finally, Yamadayev again calls upon the formal leader of the Kremlin Medvedev "to sort it out" because, they say, "Chechnya - is Russia", and its inhabitants are supposedly "believe" in "Medvedev" and "have much confidence in him."
