''Muwahhidun ar-Rusi'' claims responsibility for sabotages in Ulyanovsk and Stavropol

Publication time: 25 November 2009, 16:57

Kavkaz Center edition has received a statement on behalf of Russian Muslims from "Muwahhidun ar-Rusi" group. Kavkaz Center publishes the statement unchanged. Kavkaz Center does not have reliable evidence about the organization, but believes that such statements are appropriate to publish instead of ignoring them. Let us remind that the same organization announced its participation in the sabotage at the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric plant.

****

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, peace and blessings be upon the Prophet Muhammad, his family, companions, and all who followed him until the Doomsday.

To execute the order of Emir of the Mujahideen of the Caucasus Emirate Dokka Abu Usman on sabotage activities in the territory of infidel Russia, and in line with the general sabotage and subversive tactics against Russia's occupation, our Jamaat again has carried out two successful sabotage operations.

As we promised, with the help of Almighty Allah, we are continuing to cause pinpoint strikes on the most sensitive objects of infidel Russia.

This time, our Mujahideen attacked the arsenals of the Navy of infidels in Zavolzha region of Ulyanovsk, at the military unit of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "31th arsenal" and the world's largest gas storage facility of the North-Stavropol, which is located near the village of Ryzdvyany.

Praise be to Allah, all the Mujahideen, involved in these subversive operations were safely left the area of diversion.

We have specifically sustained a pause, so that people first heard the "explanations" of infidel authorities on the causes of explosions at those sites.

Friday is the most blessed day of the week for Muslims. Friday is the weekly holiday for the Muslim Ummah. Therefore we have chosen this day to attack Russia, as a gift for the holiday.

Details of these acts of sabotage in the near future will be told in his video report by our Emir Abu Isa.

Allahu Akbar!  Allahu Akbar!  Allahu Akbar!

"Muwahhidun ar-Rusi"
