Wekalat of the Caucasus Emirate: An Appeal to the Muslims of the Caucasus

Publication time: 22 December 2009, 12:06

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful!

Praise be to Allah, the Creator of the worlds, the peace and blessings be upon His Messenger Muhammad, his family, companions, and all who followed them till the Day of Judgment!

Recently, some former members of the Russian-Chechen war now living in Europe made several statements "regretting that the ranks of the participants of resistance in the Russian-Caucasian war" could not be allegedly consolidated into a single unit "to stand together against Russian invaders and their puppets".

In this regard, the Wekalat (General Mission abroad) of the Caucasus Emirate recalls that Allah ordered the Muslims not to contend and be always united, especially during ordeals. In Surah 8. The Spoils of War, verse 45, 46, Allah says:

45. O ye who believe! When ye meet a force, be firm, and call Allah in remembrance much (and often); that ye may prosper.

46. And obey Allah and His Messenger; and fall into no disputes, lest ye lose heart and your power depart; and be patient and persevering: For Allah is with those who patiently persevere.

Wekalat of the Caucasus Emirate also recalls that the last so-called "split" occurred after the proclamation of the Caucasus Emirate and the rejection of everything that  contradicts to the Unity of the Almighty Allah. The Wekalat believes that Muslims are not to be deceived any more by the position of the so-called "world community" which is totally indifferent to our fate.

Almighty Allah says in Surah 42. "The Council" in 13 and 14 of the verse:

13. The same religion has He established for you as that which He enjoined on Noah - the which We have sent by inspiration to thee - and that which We enjoined on Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: Namely, that ye should remain steadfast in religion, and make no divisions therein: to those who worship other things than Allah, hard is the (way) to which thou callest them. Allah chooses to Himself those whom He pleases, and guides to Himself those who turn (to Him).

14. And they became divided only after Knowledge reached them,- through selfish envy as between themselves. Had it not been for a Word that went forth before from thy Lord, (tending) to a Term appointed, the matter would have been settled between them: But truly those who have inherited the Book after them are in suspicious (disquieting) doubt concerning it.

This dual position deceives only ourselves raising illusions that freedom could be handed over to us by someone else.

Today the ranks of the Mujahideen of the Caucasus are united as never before due to the fact that false ideas and hopes were rejected, and a single banner of Tawhid has been raised.

The doors of repentance are open to everybody till the the sun rises in the west.

The fight of Muslims against the forces of unbelief is growing. Everybody who really wants unity has an opportunity to join the Mujahideen. There is enough places for everyone to participate in the Jihad with souls, words or property.
