KGB accuses CIA in creating drought in Russia

A number of leading mass media in Russia, published on 27 and 28 July accusations from the Russian terrorist gang of the FSB (former KGB) against the CIA in creating drought in Russia.

The KGB appointed a certain "Nikolai Karayev", a "former military meteorologist and captain 2nd rank", as a frontman for the spreading of accusations.

"Karayev" writes:

"Officially, climatic weapons are banned, but there is no ban on developments to influence the weather in the interests of civil society organizations (CIA - a civil organization at the United States Department of State - KC).

The absence of global regulatory documents on the subject increases the likelihood of appearance and hidden use of such weapons.

Let us turn to the facts.

First. Weather reports show: while in Moscow the heat reaches 35-36 degrees, in Berlin it is18, in Warsaw - 25, in Vienna - 20, in Paris - 20 degrees Celsius. That is, the misfortune is local and purposeful.

Second. The cause of weeks of heat is a giant anticyclone, hovering over the European part of Russia and "injecting" hot air from the Mediterranean and Central Asia. There has never been such anticyclones here in Central Russia.

Third. In the area of the abnormal anticyclone, the part of Earth's atmosphere instantly fell to record values for 43 years of observations values. Cataclysm occurred in the thermosphere, a thin layer at the altitude of 90-600 km. It protects the planet from ultraviolet radiation.

Fourth. World media outlets reported a new US unmanned spacecraft X-37B, able to carry powerful laser weapons, has been launched into space on the eve of the current weather cataclysms. The X-37B's mission is highly classified, the duration of the flight is also not reported.

A comparison of these facts leads to a conclusion about a possibility of testing of a new climatic weapon over Russia.

We must not forget that whenever the United States possess most powerful modern weapons, it immediately uses it against "opposing" countries in order to intimidate", the KGB Disinformation Department wrote.

Meanwhile, other Russian media outlets report about the inevitability of very serious problems with food in Russia, including bread, in the absence of grain reserves, already sold abroad:

"This crazy drought has already caused a stir in the grain markets, and this resulted in an increase in prices in 2 or more times already. In some regions of Russia (e.g. in Bashkortostan), it turned out that warehouses of many companies have only a monthly stock of flour, and some companies have even less - only for 10 days.

"There is an awful heat in Russia, crops are dying everywhere. Residents of many Russian regions, suffer from terrible heat in recent weeks, the drought rages everywhere, agricultural crops are dying".

Difficult times came for Russia. While the harvest in central Russia is destroyed by drought, the crops in Siberia are destroyed by unprecedented frosts.

A Russian blogger testifies:

"There is constant drought, locust in southern Russia and crops are dying. In Novosibirsk, there was just 3 degrees (report of an eyewitness) on July 28 night. While the country is frying, frosts have come to Siberia.
