Police in the Russian Nizhny Novgorod region are suspected in another terrible crime. Putin's cops detained and subjected to terrible tortures a 17-year-old boy. As a result, the teenager was brought to hospital with broken genitals.
Currently, the victim, a resident of the village Kstovo, Nikita Kaftasev, is being treated in the urology department of the central regional hospital. An emergency surgery has already been conducted for him, a human rights organization Committee Against Torture reports.
However, doctors are not confident whether they can save boy's genitals mutilated by the police.
Nikita Kaftasev's mother appealed for help to human rights defenders. According to her, on the evening of 31 August, her son and his friend Roman Vaulin were detained without reason by the police in a street. The friends were returning home from a walk.
According to the mother of the victim and the testimony of Nikita, he and his friend were first beaten in the discrict police post, and then taken to the police station, where brutal beatings continued.
Adolescents were tortured and abused. Nikita was kicked in the groin area. In addition, the teenager claimed that one of the officers with a lieutenant's insignia began to choke him. According to Nikita, several policemen were in the room at the time when the execution took place.
Battered Nikita in blood-stained clothes was brought home in the morning by an inspector of the juvenile department of the Kstovo district, Natalia Ryabinina. According to Nikita's mother, Ryabinina demanded in an ultimatum form that relatives of the boy sign a paper that they have no claims against the police. Nukita's mother refused to sign such paper.
The organization "Committee against Torture" intends to undertake a thorough and comprehensive investigation on the application of Kaftasev and his mother, as well as to investigate, identify and punish the perpetrators of brutal beatings of a 17 year old teenager.
Earlier, a pensioner was raped with a stick in the Kstovo district police department.
