Austria proclaims Kadyrov ringleader of organization of killers and demands to indict Russia

Publication time: 7 September 2010, 16:18

The Austrian state news agency APA reported on developments around the murder of Israilov, who had been killed under the order of Kadyrov, and the criminal policy of the Austrian government, covering the terrorist and murderer country of Russia:

"The speaker of the Green Party on questions of security Peter Pilz at a press conference in Vienna on Tuesday, 7 September in connection with the murder of Israilov made serious accusations with regard to the Austrian government.

"There is an illegal conspiracy at the very top of the Austrian government in this case with a purpose to protect Kadyrov from prosecution by authorities", he said.

Pilz specifically mentioned "the top heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Justice", who, at the initiative of the Austrian Foreign Ministry, "want to prevent a legal action against Kadyrov".

Piltz said that it was clear that Kadyrov, as a contractor, was behind the murder of Israilov.

Before journalists, Pilz called Kadyrov literally "a ringleader of the organization of killers (Kopf einer Mörderorganisation)" and demanded that the minister of justice Bandion-Ortner "finally permits the Vienna prosecutor's office to bring charges against Kadyrov".

Until now, the prosecution has taken no legal steps against Kadyrov, what Pilz called a "secret intensive cooperation between the Austrian interior ministry and the Russian FSB".

Kadyrov is the ruler of Chechnya, appointed by the Russian prime minister Putin. The prosecutors in the murder case of Israilov have recently filed charges against a trustee of Kadyrov as well as against a younger brother of a former informant of the Vienna Office of the Austrian Federal Agency for Protection of the Constitution and Fighting against Terrorism, and against a third Chechen.

In the indictment that has not yet entered into effect, they are all are charged with involvement in the killing, the creation of a criminal organization and attempting to kidnap "a person who had to be later handed over to a foreign power".

"However, no charges were made against this foreign power in the indictment", Pilz said condemning the actions of Austrian prosecutors", the APA reports.
