As it became known to the Kavkaz Center, Sharia court proceedings in connection with the split that had been provoked about a year ago were held in one of the districts of the CE Province of Nokhchicho (aka Chechnya/Ichkeria) for more than a month.
It is to be recalled that earlier, some Chechen commanders and an Arab volunteer Muhanned announced they had repudiated their allegiance to the CE Emir Dokku Abu Usman.
These events caused concern among the Mujahideen in Chechnya and in other Provinces of the Caucasus Emirate. But their patience was finally rewarded.
As a result of Sharia trial, Chechen commanders who had renounced their oath of allegiance a year ago, renewed it to Emir of the Caucasus Emirate Dokku Abu Usman who is also the head of the Province of Nokhchicho.
Emir Dokku Abu Usman reorganized the structure of the armed forces of the Province of Nokhchicho. Eastern and south-western fronts were abolished. The Province of Nokhchicho is now divided into military sectors.
Naibs (deputies) to the head of the Province of Nokhchicho - Amir Khamzat (western direction) and Amir Hussein (eastern direction) - were appointed
Upon the outcome of Sharia proceedings, Emir of the Caucasus Emirate Dokku Abu Usman made a special statement.
Statements were also made by Emirs Aslambek Vadalov and Hussein Gakayev.
