Alhamdulillah who said:
(The Believers men and women, are protectors one of another: they enjoin what is just and forbid what is evil: they observe regular prayers, practice regular charity, and obey Allah and His Messenger. On them will Allah pour His mercy: for Allah is Exalted in power, Wise) 71 Surah At-Taubah, and peace and blessings be upon our master Mohammed who said: "A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim. He neither oppresses him nor humiliates him nor looks down upon him", and his pure family, companions, then:
We have followed with concern for years the tragedy which is lived by the Muslim prisoner sheikh Abu Qatada Al-Filistini in the prisons of Britain, that state that claim it is the land of guaranteed freedoms and protected rights, but the case of sheikh Abu Qatada - and other oppressed Muslims in that country - exposed the absurdity of these broad claims and flimsy allegations... How could it be possible that the sheikh be imprisoned for years for no crime or guilt except that he exercised his right to express his opinion and beliefs in honesty and integrity with his tongue and pen?!
We to a near time expected from the British government to listen to reason and review itself and stop its injustice to the sheikh by releasing him and giving him political asylum to the location that he chooses, we were surprised these days that the British government intends to extradite him to the treacherous Jordanian government which its black record overflows with unprecedented crimes against the Islamist prisoners.
We before this new episode from the series of oppressions that are committed against the captive sheikh: Out of our support to the oppressed Muslims all over the World, and seeking to defend the oppressed we declare in this statement:
1. Launch an initiative to the British government: to release its captive citizen held by us "Stephen Malcolm" who has British and South African dual citizenship, if it allows for Sheikh Abu Qatada to be deported to one of the "Arab Spring" countries or other countries which the sheikh chooses and grantees his freedom, rights and dignity.
2. We hope that the British government deals with our initiative with objectivity, reason, and wisdom, but if it becomes stubborn and refuses the positive offer then we will make her responsible for the consequences of extraditing sheikh Abu Qatada to the Jordanian government, and we remind the sane in these government that embarking this matter - under any justification - in addition that it will deprive them a valuable opportunity to release their citizen, it will open on their country and its spread subjects a door a evil that they can dispense with it.
3. We confirm that our support for the captive sheikh Abu Qatada is from aiding the oppressed Muslims solely, and the sheikh has no organizational relation with us or any other Jihadi organization.
