Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. Peace and prosperity to Prophet Muhammad, his family, his companions and all those who follow the straight path until the Day of Judgment
And then -
Peace be upon you, dear brothers and sisters, Muslims.
Dear Muslims, the Mujahideen address to you, the Vainakhs of the Province of Nokhchicho. This appeal is made to convey to you that we love you for Allah's sake, and for the sake of Allah we come to establish the religion of Allah in our land because we love our land and because we want to be one of those who care about it.
We say to you that we, who have chosen the path of the Jihad, address to you: Salam, we are the Mujahideen, your brothers, who love you sake of Allah's Countenance.
16 years ago, Dzhokhar (Dudayev - KC), who was the first to raise the banner of the Jihad with the Mujahideen in the Caucasus martyred. There were few then among those who were with him and who followed him.
Today you can see here young people who do not follow political slogans, who seek no money or property. This youth went to the Jihad for the sake of Allah.
You have to understand that the main reason for the Jihad is the order of Allah, Who has laid upon us the Jihad. It brought together the youth, who fears Allah (fears to disobey His order).
The youth went to the Jihad to save the religion of Allah.
Jihad is obligatory for us. Allah has given us a beautiful land - the Caucasus, Nokhchicho. Allah has also been witnessing the enemy who wants to deprive us of this land. We do not have the right to bow our head, and this is also one of the reasons for the Jihad, because Muslims must be masters of their land.
Perhaps, Allah tested us with the enemy because of our pride. God gave us one of the filthiest kind of infidels.
Today's Jihad is not just "Wahhabism", as the enemies are telling to the world. You should know that the Jihad was waged here before you. It was in 1944 when we were deported, and before that, in 1917, the Muslims were on the path of the Jihad, because we have always been those who sought to fulfill the command of Allah.
Young people do not go to the Jihad for their own mercantile interests, but only for the sake of Allah. The Jihad is being waged for the establishment of the religion of Allah, so that we become the masters of our land and live freely.
16 years ago Dzhokhar was killed (May Allah in His mercy grant him martyrdom.) During his time, the course was taken to the Jihad, even if, initially, there were other words and slogans.
We, the Mujahideen, say you, dear Muslims, the following -
If we have caused offense to anyone, we ask to forgive us for the wrong inflicted, we ask you to follow the Straight Path and to join the ranks of the Mujahideen, or become helpers to the Mujahideen.
We urge you not to abandon the Mujahideen, do not alienate yourselves from the Mujahideen.
Wallahi, we do not seek animosity, we are looking for brotherhood, and we hope you will make your contribution, and this is the most important thing in your care of us.
Outside of the Caucasus, there are Muslims who moved away and left. They live separately in isolation). Wallahi, it is very bad to be separated.
Today, all the Mujahideen are not separated, and they are at home. After all, if you stop the Mujahideen from fighting, and you'll curse them, then you will get yourselves in a difficult position, being under the thumb of the enemy.
I would now like to turn to our residents. Here, in Nokhchicho, they have built mosques, roads, etc., and we are to know that at the time of the Prophet (pbuh), there was a mosque, built by the enemy (by the leader of the hypocrites of Medina, Ibn Salul) and the Prophet (pbuh) destroyed.it.
Why did he destroy it? Because it was built to divide the Muslims and cause them harm. So do not be deceived by roads and mosques that have been built by our enemies, we should not be deceived by that. In addition, during these 13 years, they have extracted our oil worth of $ 60 billion, and they only spent 10 billion for the construction, and those who are deceived by all that and go against the Mujahideen are the lost people, both for this and future life.
The Mujahideen execute the order of Allah, and if you can not join us or help us, then do not hinder at least, make contributions for the Mujahideen, pray to Allah for them and for yourselves as often as you can.
Wallahi, I repeat, if there are no more Mujahideen in the Caucasus, and if the Jihad stops, then we would become the full slaves of the infidels. There is no doubt about that.
And now I'll tell about the apostates. Who are they?
They are those who have habits, customs and rituals of unbelievers, who used their weapons and fought against us, killing Muslims. They will go to Hell, and there is also no doubt about it.
These are the corrupt people who have sold and betrayed us and our land. They will sell and deliver to the enemy any one of you.
The parents who enroll their children to work for the infidels, who receive food from them for killing true Muslims will go to Hell together with their children. On the Day of Judgment they will have to answer for all that.
Wallahi, as long as these people (the apostates) are turning believers into infidels, we have to fight them. Stop them - it is your duty, you are obliged to make them return back home.
Food comes only from Allah, and if you think that there is nothing wrong in taking food in exchange for selling your souls, you should know that on the Day of Judgment you will not be spared from punishment. Do not flatter yourselves, do not be fooled. The time when you will have to answer for your actions and inactions is coming soon. There is no doubt about it.
And our last plea is: Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. Peace be upon you.
