Russian mass media published news about a short video posted on YouTube which shows seven armed men (6 masked and one unmasked), pledging oath of allegiance to Emir of the Caucasus Emirate, Dokku Abu Usman.
The young unmasked man on the video is Emir Muhammad. According to him, the Tatarstan's Mujahideen first pledged allegiance to Dokku Abu Usman in 2007. Today, the Mujahideen are officially renewing their previous oath.
It is to be mentioned in this context that active combat and sabotage operations have been earlier carried out in both provinces of the Russian-occupied Muslim country of Idel Ural: Bashkortostan and Tatarstan.
In 1959, Idel Ural was officially recognized by the US Congress as an oppressed nation under the Russian occupation.
