On the appointment of Emir of the Dagestani Front of the Caucasus Emirate
 
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate!

 

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. Peace and blessings be upon the Prophet Muhammad, his family, his companions and all those who follow him until the Day of Judgment. And then:

 

I decree

 

1. To appoint the first Naib (Deputy) Emir of Dagestani Front Abu Muhammad as Commander of the Dagestani Front of the Caucasus Emirate

2. This Omra comes into force at the moment of its signing.

On the appointment of Wali (Governor) of the Province of Dagestan of the Caucasus Emirate
