According to media reports from the Russian-occupied North-Ural Republic, a famous French actress Catherine Deneuve on a visit to the NUR capital of Yekaterinburg was surprised to learn at a press conference that local residents consider officials "as people of different nature".
Journalists explained that the citizens would like to see officials more responsible to the people. Mrs. Deneuve asked about salaries of officials and upon learning that they have very high incomes, she exclaimed: "Then you need a revolution!"
