Russian warplanes and artillery have pounded the central city of Homs on Friday, subjecting it to worst bombardment in 5 months. Russian tanks and mortars as well as aircraft bombarded mainly the city's Khaldiya neighborhood. Around dawn, the Assad's regime went crazy and started shelling hysterically. An average of five rockets a minute are falling.
Assad's gangs were mainly firing Russian rockets and heavy mortars at the liberated neighborhoods of Old Homs, Khaldiya, Qusour and Jouret el-Shayah. The bloody Alawite regime gangs were also shelling villages around Homs and the liberated town of Rastan, just north of the city. Most Assad's gangs near Homs are stationed outside the town.
In other developments, Assad's gangs have been also shelling the neighborhood of Sakhour in Aleppo as Alawites battle freedom fighters in the country's largest city.
